Direct PCR Kits & Master Mixes contain all the reagents needed for quick amplification of genomic DNA from crude samples. The kits / master mixes can be also applied to direct amplification of exogenous target genes, such as virus, bacteria and parasites from blood. The kits / master mixes are optimized with our unique inhibitor-resistant DNA polymerases and buffers for best performance. There is the choice of an inert green dye in the mixes, used for direct gel loading. The PCR products can be directly loaded onto agarose gel without addition of loading dye for electrophoresis.
GC version works for GC-rich and complex target.
