Direct RT-PCR Kits

Direct One-Step RT-PCR Kits are designed for conventional RT-PCR analysis of RNA target from crude samples. The components of the kits have been optimized for best performance in sensitivity and specificity. The optimized inhibitor-resistant enzymes and buffer system significantly reduce non-specific PCR amplification, ensure efficient, highly specific reverse transcription and PCR in one tube, and make it possible to amplify the RNA target directly from crude samples without RNA purification in most cases.
