We ship all our products at ambient temperature except for PCR kits and RT-PCR reagents. We ship PCR kits with ice pack and RT-PCR reagents with ice pack / dry ice. An extra charge may be applied. The Taq mutant enzymes are stable for days, even weeks, at warm temperatures, but we do recommend keeping them at -20 degree for long-term storage. We also recommend storing PCR and RT-PCR kits at -20 degree as arrival. Please send us an email or call us if you have any questions.
