Direct One-Step Blood RT-PCR Kit

Direct One-Step Blood RT-PCR Kit is designed for conventional RT-PCR analysis of RNA target from whole blood. The components of the kit have been optimized for best performance in sensitivity and specificity. The optimized inhibitor-resistant enzymes and buffer system significantly reduces non-specific PCR amplification, ensure efficient, highly specific reverse transcription and PCR in one tube, and make it possible to amplify the RNA target directly from crude samples without RNA purification in most cases.
