Direct Cell qPCR TaqProbe Kit is designed for direct real-time quantitative analysis of DNA gene target from cell culture. The components of the kit have been optimized for best performance in sensitivity, specificity and low background. Our unique built-in hot-start, inhibitor-resistant Taq polymerase and optimized buffer system significantly reduce non-specific PCR amplification and make it possible to amplify the DNA target directly from crude samples without DNA purification.
