Collection: RNase Inhibitors

Ribonuclease Inhibitors are high-affinity inhibitors that specifically targets common ribonucleases, including RNase A, B, and C. They are essential enzymes for safeguarding RNA against potential RNase contamination, without interfering with polymerase activity in PCR/RT-PCR assays.

Compared to the high oxidation-sensitive human RNase inhibitor, these RNase inhibitors are more robust versions of the RNase inhibitor and have improved resistance to oxidation. The ribonuclease inhibitors are stable even at very low concentrations of DTT (< 1 mM), which makes them the best choice for optimal RNA protection.

Highlights

  • High stability at 55-70ºC
  • High resistance to oxidation
  • No downstream inhibition
