Prices
Prices are current at website and all prices are in US dollar. Prices are subjected to change without notice. Prices are quoted in U.S. dollars and are valid for thirty (30) days after the quote date. The Purchaser shall pay 100% of the total price listed on the invoice within thirty (30) days from the invoice date unless for special cases. For some cases, we may require pre-payment. All payments shall be made in U.S. dollars. In the case of late payments, a 2% interest per month will be added to the unpaid principal.
Delivery
We ship the products on the same day or on the following business day. Orders received Friday will be shipped Monday. All shipments are via FedEx Standard Overnight or FedEx International Priority unless requested at the time of order. We ship our product at ambient temperature except PCR kit and RT-PCR reagents which are shipped with ice pack or dry ice. An extra charge may be applied. Shipping charges are prepaid and added to the invoice.
Return & Replacement Policy
The quality of our products is guaranteed. Please contact us if you are not satisfied with the performance of our products. We must receive this notification within 10 business days after the products are received. If it is necessary to return items, a prior authorization must be obtained from VitaNavi Technology. For returns not related to product performance, shipping costs and a 20% handling fee will be paid by the customer.
Warranties & Liabilities
VitaNavi Technology is committed to providing the highest quality reagents and services. We warrant that the products meet or exceed the performance standards described in the product data sheet. Our products are intended only for R&D purposes and should be used by trained lab professionals. We are therefore not responsible for a liable loss, damage, expense, consequential or accidental damage. This includes the damage to property, person, or premises resulting from these products.
Privacy
When you place your order, you will be requested with information specific to your order and the information is used to process and send your order. We may also contact you by email for feedback on our products and services and to provide occasional new product or special sale announcements. VitaNavi Technology does not sell or share your name, address, phone number, email address, or any other personal information with any other companies or person.
