Please note that prices on our website are current and stated in US dollars. These prices are subject to change without prior notice. The quoted prices are in US dollars and remain valid for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of the quote. Unless otherwise specified, the Purchaser is required to make a 100% payment of the total price listed on the invoice within thirty (30) days from the invoice date. However, for certain circumstances, pre-payment may be necessary. All payments must be made in US dollars. In the event of late payments, a 2% monthly interest will be added to the outstanding principal amount.
Delivery
We strive to ensure prompt delivery of our products. Orders will be shipped on the same day or the following business day. Please note that orders received on Fridays will be shipped on the subsequent Monday. By default, all shipments are made via FedEx Standard Overnight or FedEx International Priority unless an alternative shipping method is specified during the ordering process.
We ship most of our items at ambient temperature. However, PCR kits and RT-PCR reagents require special handling and are therefore shipped with ice packs or dry ice. Please be aware that an additional fee may apply for these specific items.
Shipping charges are prepaid and will be added to your invoice for your convenience.
