Core Direct qRT-PCR Kits
The Core Direct qRT-PCR Kits are designed for real-time quantitative analysis of target RNA directly from blood, serum/plasma, swabs, cell cultures, bacterial colonies, and animal or plant tissue. The kit enables robust amplification without requiring prior RNA purification procedures. The kit is optimized with our unique inhibitor-resistant, thermostable polymerases and buffer system for optimal performance. In most cases, samples can be added directly to the RT-PCR master mix without the need for pre-lysis.

Inhibition-Resistant Taq Pols & Master Mixes
Inhibition-Resistant Taq DNA Polymerases are obtained by molecular engineering through mutagenesis of DNA polymerase gene to render enzymes resistant to PCR inhibitors such as blood, plasma, serum, soil, plant, water, chocolate, cheese and milk. DNA extraction is often unnecessary, saving time and enabling amplification from minute quantities of DNA. They can tolerate more PCR inhibitors when combining with PCR enhancers.

Hot-start Taq Pols & Master Mixes
The engineered Taq enzymes with aptamer or anti-Taq antibody technology confers enzymes resistance to common inhibitors and host-start, whichallow reactions to be set up at room temperature, preventing primer dimer and spurious amplification to increase specificity specificity and sensitivity. They can work in both purified DNA and crude samples.
