For shipping, please note that most of our products are shipped at ambient temperature. However, PCR kits and RT-PCR reagents require special handling. PCR kits are shipped with an ice pack, and RT-PCR reagents are shipped with either an ice pack or dry ice. Kindly be aware that an additional charge may apply for these specific items.

Regarding storage recommendations, Taq mutant enzymes can remain stable for days or even weeks at warm temperatures. However, we do recommend long-term storage at -20 degrees Celsius. For PCR and RT-PCR kits, we advise storing them at -20 degrees Celsius upon arrival as well.
